City on a Hill is a multi-site church - gathering in 7 Communities including our Online Community - serving Edinburgh, the Lothians and beyond. We have a wonderful staff team who help serve and lead our members of City on a Hill, and are looking for an Executive Pastor to join the team. Executive Pastor
The Executive Pastor is a key leadership role at City on a Hill as this individual will oversee the day to day running of the church on behalf of the Lead Pastor. The role requires someone who has experience of leading and thrives in a pioneering environment, able to lead others with courage, conviction and empathy while managing multiple priorities. The Executive Pastor will oversee the organisational operations and strategic initiatives whilst supporting the Lead Pastor in their vision and calling.
