North Community
About
At City on a Hill everyone is welcome and we’d love to meet you. We regularly get together in Small Groups and bigger Gatherings. Our Gatherings have a relaxed atmosphere, where we learn from the Bible, worship God, and build friendships.
The North Community is made up of individuals from different walks of life that love to come together, have fun and do life as a church family. We’d love to meet you and have you involved in with our North Community.
We meet as the North Community every Sunday at 11am, apart from the first Sunday of every month where we meet with all our other Communities for ‘The Gathering’.

Judith Dara
NORTH COMMUNITY PASTORJude was born in the North East of England, grew up in Hull and has been in Edinburgh since moving here to study history. Alongside being a Community Pastor, Jude has also started and led many community action projects as part of the church and liaised with other organisations around Edinburgh to make a collective impact. Jude is married to Vishal, with two kiddos. She also has a passion for gardening , house plants and sometimes open water swimming.

Serving
Serving is a great way to get to develop friendships with others, serve God and the local church, and be part of the mission to share the good news of Jesus with the world. We have different teams and areas of serving that you can be involved with. From serving on the kids and youth teams, to sound and visual teams, to leading small groups.
